Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA): Employees may be eligible for up to 12 weeks of job-protected, unpaid leave for specific family and medical reasons. Learn more about your rights under FMLA in Illinois.

Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA): The law generally prohibits most private employers from requiring or even requesting lie detector (polygraph) tests from current or prospective employees.
