Essential Facilitation: Train the Trainer

Essential Facilitation™ provides a framework of proven techniques for building understanding, human connection, and lasting agreements in meetings—skills as valuable in everyday life as they are in business. Our methods have been used by hundreds of organizations to generate faster decisions, increase creativity and productivity, shorten cycle times, and build support for implementation across stakeholder populations.

This session will be a deeper dive into Essential Facilitation and how to train others in the framework. Participants will leave prepared for the next step - leading their own Essential Facilitation workshop under a Senior Consultant's observation.

-Cost for this event includes lunch, snacks, and materials not covered by the Intergovernmental agreement.

-Intended Audience: ROE Staff that have successfully completed the Essential Facilitation training. Priority will be give to one person per area, up to a maximum of 9 participants total.
